Notes:

The channel numbers orders on Santiago were on a different order on Santo Domingo.

However, those number orders were changed on April of 1996 under a brand new law of unification of channel which stated that all national networks must be broadcast under their original channel numbers in the entire country. Since the majorities of the major network from channel 2 to 13 were broadcasting from Santo Domingo, the rest of the country now watch its channels from its original channel numbers (See Santiago TV Story for more information).
